Currently he is serving as the Executive Pastor at 3Circle Church in Fairhope Alabama. 3Circle is the 2nd fastest growing church in the state of Alabama and has been listed in the top 100 of fastest growing churches in America. Blake's area of expertise orbits around building and implementing simple systems that work. Efficiency is one of his trademarks, coupled with strategic thinking. Additionally, he gets the importance of the operational components and how it plays a pivotal role in getting any organization to its desired outcome. Blake is StratOp certified and has led dozens of churches and organizations through strategic processes. He's married to his beautiful wife Janna and they have 4 kids - Kaitlyn, Tyson, Blakelyn, & Mason.
